The eldest sister, Hannah An, decided to break the mold and open her own place in the massive two-story former Duplex space on Third Street. The flavor profiles at The District by Hannah An will focus on her Vietnamese heritage and American upbringing.

Open the centuries-old door and step into an industrial-chic atmosphere with Edison bulbs, weathered foundation bricks and oxidized metals, which are meant to evoke a bustling street scene in Asia. Upstairs, the opulent space would make a perfect spot for a private party utilizing similar architecture of a colonial Vietnamese home with ornate floor and wall tiles.
