Vietnamese cuisine may finally be getting its due, and Hannah An, of the Crustacean Beverly Hills hospitality family, seems to have gotten it right. Her focus, from design to dinner to drinks, was on creating an authentic Vietnamese experience. It’s about that time of year when we start daydreaming about blue skies, sunshine and, inevitably, al fresco dining. Give us a cozy patio, a good selection of cold beers on tap and solid service and we’re happy as a clam. So here are nine places we’ve added to our list of dining destinations for either their patio prowess or their dedication to upping the culinary experience.
